Steam Moisturizer

Your non-drip solution for sheet surface improvements, the Steam Moisturizer improves the sheet surface properties of smoothness and gloss through moisture and temperature gradient calendering.

The Steam Moisturizer has two independent steam supplies, one feeds the preheat chamber, ensuring that the outside skin of the steam shower is always hot enough to evaporate any condensation. The preheat ensures that all internal components remain hot during a sheet break, enabling immediate return to optimum performance on start up. The other steam inlet feeds the process steam which can be turned off during sheet breaks or roll changes.
